Our marine fender system is composed of marine rubber fenders and floating fenders. They are produced, guaranteed upon requirements of international standard pianc 2002 and existing necessary testing equipments. Airbags is designed with cylindrical body and two conical heads, made of synthetic tire cord reinforcement layers to launch a vessel. The airbag are smooth, glossy and without blemish such as crack, blister, delamination, pits or impurities. An air bag is composed of effective length, diameter and number of layers. The standard diameter include 0.8m, 1.0m, 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.5m with effective length 5m to 24m. Typical layer of airbag is 6, available 5~10 layers. Each layer say each bearing capacity. Performance of airbag produced in holistic enlacing technology are superior to common airbags. Safety coefficient of each airbag is higher than ISO 14409, can reach to 5. We produce good performance in strength marine airbags used for ship launching and docking. Marine airbags are inspected as per ISO 14409, with higher safety ensurance, manufactured in high endurance enlacing production technology, come with better bearing capacity. Such as airbag D1.8m, 6 layers, with safety working pressure 0.13 Mpa, can be deformed to 70%, with biggest bearing capacity 218KN/M, bursted at 330 kPa. We pioneer in airbag bursting experiments and advanced in rubber raw material seclection and inspection, satisfying hardness, tearing strength, tensile strength, ozone aging etc. We riched in launching, docking projects with airbags and supplying big quantity. And we are the first in China to own our engineering team, providing designing, guidlines for vessels’ launching and dry docking. Marine airbags can be used for heavy lifting, this require a higher pressure than common bag. We improve our production technology and do some of these projects and airbag perform well. Salvage airbags are more suitable for heavy projects like ships salvage floatation.
Floating pneumatic rubber fenders is made of synthetic-cord-reinforced rubber sheet with compressed air inside to enable it to float on the water and work as a shock absorber between two ships, or between ships and berthing structures when they come alongside each other on the water. “Pneumatic rubber fenders” have sometimes been colloquially referred to as”Yokohama fenders” or “Yokohama type fenders”. These are examples of suitable products available commercially. An pneumatic rubber fender is consisted of a cylindrical air bag with hemispherical heads at both ends, filled with compressed air. Basic body constructioned of an outer rubber, inner rubber, synthetic-tyre-cord reinforcement layer, sealed by bead ring and flange opening. Pneumatic fenders are defined as net type and sling type with initial pressure 50kPa or 80kPa. Net type pneumatic fenders shall be covered by a chain net, wire net or fibre net. Whichever type of pneumatic fender, there is an initial pressure, endurable pressure, safety-valve setting pressure and hydraulic test pressure required, coming with a performance specified in terms of guaranteed energy absorption and reaction force at Gea deflection. We do most of tests and inspections for commercial fenders including: rubber material tests; dimension inspection, airleakage tests; hydrostatic-pressure test etc. Standard sizes of our standard pneumatic fenders range from 0.5 m~4.5m, with body length from 1.0m~12.0m. Foam filled fenders are type floating fenders installed aside of ship for berth. They have double performance of same sized pneumatic rubber fenders, with increasing weights, unsinkable, higher energy absorption and lower reaction force. foam filled marine fenders are constructed of closed cell EVA/PE foam core, reinforced by nylon layer, coated with pure polyurea elastomer skin. foam fenders is low maintenance and good standoff distance. The colored Pu skin could be grey navy, orange and black, providing awareness for other objects.
