Shipboard Foam Fenders
Shipboard foam fenders are small standard duty portable marine fenders filled with foam. They are manufactured for some quick convenient use, providing tough heavy-duty foam marine fender fendering systems for boat, yachts, navy warships, and ship-to-ship applications. Portable foam filled fenders are widely used in marine offshroe and ships industry. Foam fenders construction
– shipboard foam fenders are constructed with full closed cell EVA/PE foam core at proper density.
This kind of construction can provide shipboard portable foam filled fenders a relatively higher energy absorption and lower reaction force, will be a better performance comparing with other marine fenders fendering system.
– coated skin of our shipboard portable foam filled marine fenders is sprayed with tough grey navy or yellow 
colored pure polyurethane elastomer (PU) reinforced with middle nylon fibre or rubber layers.
– many optional fittings and design types are available as per clients’ requirement. All the material is hot dipped galvanzied steel.

Installation of foam fenders
Floating foam filled marine fenders are easy be installed due its buoyant structure allows floating installation work. the unique craftship of end fittings and heavy duty internal chains also are ideal options for hanging installation. Whichever installation, it include a 2 points and 4 points mounting arrangement. The typical mounting hardwares include: dock plate padeyes, botls shackles, swivels and stud link chain.
