Guard netless marine fenders is designed in sling netless type, without chains and tire nets coated, filled with polyurethene EVA foam core and pure high elastomer polyurethane skin. Marine foam guard netless filled fenders can be sized from 0.3 m to 3.3 m in diameter. It is a high performance floating marine foam filled fenders with extreme toughness for ships to ships transfer. Marine netless foam filled fenders skin can be PU coated in black or orange colors.

Foam Fender Construction
Guard marine fenders are manufactured with closed-cell resilient polythene EVA foam core, with tough pure polyurethane elastomer skin, reinforced with nylon filament layers.

C. comprising through central steel tube and external load distribution flanges at each end.
D. with incorporate chains. Chains for this type marine foam filled fender is more heavy duty which can carry tensile load, minimizes stress in the marine foam fender skin.

Installation of Foam Fenders
Floating foam filled marine fenders are easy be installed due its buoyant structure allows floating installation work. the unique craftship of end fittings and heavy duty internal chains also are ideal options for hanging installation. Whichever installation, it include a 2 points and 4 points mounting arrangement. The typical mounting hardwares include: dock plate padeyes, botls shackles, swivels and stud link chain.
